SPORTS
If your son/daughter is interested in sports, there will be a mandatory parent meeting in the fall where general information about uniforms, academic standards, practice schedules, codes of conduct, etc., will be given. Information on the date and time of this meeting will be sent from the Athletic Director (AD).
Athletes must have physicals every two (2) years. Check with the AD for details & forms. The opposite year of a physical, an alternate year card must be signed.
At the conclusion of each season, there is an Awards Night held to honor the achievements of participating athletes. This evening involves speeches by the coaches and the handing out of certificates and awards.
Dress is very casual and the ceremony (held in the MPR) begins at 7:00 p.m. and usually lasts an hour. See pictures below.

SPORTS SCHEDULES
On the home page of the website, under “School Calendar” – click on “Sports Schedules”. This is an easy tool to get an individual sport’s calendar of games & practice schedules. Details about bussing and game times can be found by clicking on the game listed on each date.
TRANSPORTATION TO ATHLETIC EVENTS
Transportation to and from athletic events varies. A bus schedule is on the Sports Schedules calendar (if there is a bus or not). Bussing or car-pooling is arranged for some events where the schools are further away. Some athletic teams car-pool to all events, such as golf. More information is in the Student Handbook. If you have any questions, please contact the Athletic Director.
